I can’t remember the name of the form I send. However, do I send a copy or an original a form that has to go to IRS for proof of the donation?

I get about 1 set a month, and they are starting to drive me crazy. I hate throwing them out, and I feel bad using the labels without donating every time. Who do I ask to stop sending them?

I made a donation online to the American Diabetes Association during their Tour de Cure 2009 event. I printed out a confirmation at time time and I still have that. Are they supposed to provide me a more formal receipt for filing my tax return, or is the confirmation sufficient as proof? The confirmation does have the date, amount, tracking code and ADA’s tax ID.
Thanks.
